Temporary Rotating Equipment Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Rotating Equipment Engineer to support commissioning, startup, and early operations for a new oil and gas development. • Bridge the gap between project execution and Operations ownership
  • Ensure rotating equipment is transitioned into reliable, sustainable operation
  • Bring a reliability mindset, not just a commissioning mindset
  • Identify gaps early and proactively drive resolution rather than reacting late
  • Work effectively across disciplines and influence without direct authority
  • Maintain strong field presence and build trust with Operations and Maintenance teams
