You'll: Handle general apartment repairs, including basic plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and appliance maintenance within your skill level. Respond to resident work orders and troubleshoot everyday maintenance issues. Help prepare vacant apartments for new residents. Complete preventive maintenance and property inspections. Maintain clean, safe, and well-functioning buildings and common areas. Document completed work using maintenance software. Participate in an on-call rotation for occasional after-hours emergencies. What We're Looking ForWe're looking for someone who's dependable, takes pride in quality work, and enjoys solving problems.What You'll Need: At least 1 year of hands-on maintenance or repair experience, such as apartment maintenance, facilities maintenance, hotel maintenance, or similar work. Basic experience with plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, appliances, or general building repairs. Ability to troubleshoot common maintenance issues and use basic hand and power tools safely. Good communication and customer service skills. Ability to work independently on routine tasks and know when to ask for assistance. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Even Better If You Have: Previous apartment or multifamily maintenance experience. HVAC, EPA, or other maintenance-related certifications. Experience using electronic work order systems. You don't need to be an expert in every trade.
