Expected Job Duties:Â
- Provide welding engineering support to design, fabrication, and support teamsÂ
- Specify, develop, implement, and sustain welding and welding-related processes Â
- Improve quality, yield, efficiency, and capacity of welding processes in accordance with strategic objectives Â
- Apply problem solving skills to identify root causeÂ
- Evaluate new equipment and processes Â
- Interpret results and provide recommendations to management Â

Pay Range Information:
Associate Welding Engineer: $91,500 - $124,500.
Welding Engineer: $100,600 - $144,400.
Lead Welding Engineer: $121,100 - $170,400
We are open to reviewing additional candidates with more or less experience and the salary range may differ if filled at a different level. Our salary ranges are determined by job, responsibility, and location. We base our starting pay offer and title on location and job-related factors such as candidate experience, training, knowledge, and skills.
