Job Description
We arelooking for an experienced and detail-oriented Accounts Executive tomanage day-to-day accounting activities and ensure accurate and timelyfinancial transactions.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping activities.
- Manage billing, invoicing, and payment-related transactions.
- Handle accounts receivable and collection activities.
- Maintain accurate records of financial transactions and supporting documents.
- Perform end-to-end accounting processes including recording, reconciliation, and reporting.
- Perform bank, customer, and vendor reconciliations.
- Coordinate with internal teams and customers regarding outstanding payments and collections.
- Assist in preparing financial reports and other accounting statements.
- Ensure timely completion of assigned accounting tasks and maintain proper documentation.
·      Billing & Invoicing, Day-to-day Accounting, Accounts Receivable,Collections, Bank/Customer/Vendor Reconciliation, GST and TDS work on same
Required Skills
- Good knowledge of Accounting and Bookkeeping.
- Hands-on experience in Billing and Invoicing.
- Experience in Collections / Accounts Receivable.
- Understanding of end-to-end accounting processes.
- Good MS Excel and communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
