·       Establishand implement Quality Control Plans (QCP) for MV GIS manufacturing and assemblyin line with Hyosung global quality systems and project requirements. Conductincoming, in-process, and final inspections of tank assemblies to detectwelding defects, component deviations, and assembly non-conformities.
·       Ensurestrict compliance with IEC, ISO, and applicable international standards,customer technical specifications, and Hyosung internal quality procedures.
·       Performquality inspections and audits at supplier works and project sites, as perapproved inspection and test plans (ITP) and project needs.
·       Analysemanufacturing and inspection data to identify quality trends and root causes ofdefects. Coordinate with production, engineering, and cross-functional teams toimplement corrective actions and prevent recurrence.
·       Drivecontinuous improvement initiatives aligned with Hyosung Operational Excellencethrough structured methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen.
·       Maintainand control quality documentation including process documents, inspectionrecords, test reports, non-conformance reports, and audit findings, andperiodically report quality performance to management.
·       Monitor,analyse, and present key quality performance indicators (KPIs) to management tosupport performance review and decision-making.
·       Managenon-conformance through systematic documentation and implementation ofcorrective and preventive actions (CAPA) in accordance with Hyosung qualityprocesses.
·       Workclosely with suppliers to resolve quality issues, improve material standards,and ensure compliance with approved specifications and vendor qualityrequirements.
·       Ensureadherence to ISO 9001, RoHS, and other applicable statutory, regulatory, andcustomer-specific quality requirements.
·       EnsureHSE and business compliance requirements are implemented and followed inaccordance with Hyosung global and local policies, standards, tools, andprocedures for manufacturing operations and project execution.
Requirements
o  Experience:  8 years in the field ofMedium Voltage switchgear Testing
o  Qualification: BE / B.Tech / Electrical
o  Skills :
- Demonstrated experience in quality management, technology transfer, product development, Lean Six Sigma, process audits, documentation, and standardization, with over 8 years of experience in MV Switchgear. Experience in GIS would be preferred.
- Strong technical knowledge of medium voltage AIS/GIS products.
- Proven experience in engineering and quality functions. Field service experience with MV GIS is an added advantage.
- A Diploma/degree in Electrical Engineering with relevant industry experience.
