KeyResponsibilities:聽
路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Conducting Tax Audits under Section 44AB of the Income-tax Act, 1961
路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Preparation and verification of Tax Audit Reports, including Forms 3CA/3CB and 3CD
路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Filing and uploading of tax audit reports on the Income Tax Portal
路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Ensuring compliance with applicable provisions of the Income-tax Act, including reporting requirements
路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Assisting in statutory audit assignments to the extent relevant for tax audit and compliance
路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Reviewing books of accounts and identifying discrepancies, non-compliances, and reporting issues
路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Drafting audit observations.

TechnicalSkillsRequired:
聽路聽 聽 聽聽Strong working knowledge of Tally and accounting systems
路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Familiarity with audit tools and software used in practice
路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Proficiency in Income Tax Portal operations, including auditreport upload and compliance tracking
路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Working knowledge of tax audit utilities and related compliance tool
聽KnowledgeRequirements:
路聽聽聽聽聽聽 In-depth understanding of tax audit provisions under Section 44AB andreporting under Clause-wise requirements of Form 3CD
路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Basic working knowledge of relevant provisions of the Companies Act, 2013 asapplicable to audit and financial reporting
路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Awareness of ICDS and its applicability in tax audit reporting

PreferredCandidateProfile:
聽路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Prior work experience with a Chartered Accountant firm is preferred
路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Candidates from industry (in-house roles) are not preferred
路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Ability to independently handle audit assignments and meet timelines
路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Looking for candidates with long-term association intent
