ROLE OVERVIEW

We are looking for a Business Analyst with strong Procurement Transformation experience to support project delivery, governance, reporting, stakeholder management and Agile activities.

? KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support procurement transformation initiatives and PMO activities

• Translate business requirements into actionable technical requirements

• Facilitate daily scrum meetings and track actions/deliverables

• Manage RAID logs, project coordination and reporting

• Prepare management presentations and meeting minutes

• Support multiple projects/workstreams and senior stakeholders

REQUIRED SKILLS

• Procurement processes: S2C, O2R & I2P

• Procurement Transformation programs

• SAP Ariba & SAP Fieldglass

• MS Visio, SharePoint & Azure DevOps (ADO Boards)

• Power BI dashboards & reporting

• Advanced Excel and data analysis

• Agile project delivery / PMO

• Strong stakeholder & communication skills

QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE

• 5–7 years relevant experience preferred

• Strong experience in Procurement Transformation as BA/PMO

• Experience in Agile/dynamic environments

• Strong understanding of procurement business processes

• Excellent reporting, presentation and stakeholder management skills
