QCI-NABET Accreditation & Organizational Development -

- Lead and drive the complete process of obtaining QCI-NABET accreditation for SgurrEnergy as an EIA Accredited Consultant Organization.
- Develop and implement the roadmap for obtaining accreditation in Power/Energy, River Valley Development and Solid Waste Management sectors, with additional sectors wherever feasible.
- Establish and maintain a NABET-compliant organizational framework, Quality Management System (QMS), SOPs, procedures, documentation and technical processes.
- Identify, recruit, mentor and develop the required EIA Coordinators (ECs), Functional Area Experts (FAEs), Functional Area Associates (FAAs), Team Members (TMs) and other resources required for accreditation.
- Coordinate with management and external stakeholders to ensure successful completion of Initial Accreditation, Surveillance and Re-accreditation requirements.

Technical Leadership & Project Delivery -

- Lead and review Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA), Environmental Management Plan (EMP), Environmental Clearance (EC), Environmental Compliance and associated environmental studies.
- Provide technical leadership on EIA projects across Power/Energy, River Valley Development and Solid Waste Management sectors.
- Guide project teams on baseline environmental studies, impact assessment, risk assessment, public consultation, environmental management plans and regulatory compliance.
- Ensure all deliverables comply with applicable MoEF&CC notifications, EIA Notification, CPCB/SPCB guidelines and QCI-NABET requirements.
Quality, Compliance & Standards
- Develop and maintain NABET-compliant quality systems and documentation.
- Ensure technical quality and consistency of EIA reports.
- Implement QA/QC procedures for all environmental deliverables.
- Keep abreast of changes in environmental regulations, QCI-NABET requirements and EIA Notification amendments.
Team Management & Capability Building
- Mentor environmental professionals towards becoming FAEs, FAAs and future EIA Coordinators.
- Develop internal technical capability through training, knowledge sharing and competency development.
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary engineering teams for integrated project delivery.
Business Development
- Identify and pursue business opportunities across Power, Renewable Energy, River Valley Development, Solid Waste Management and other environmental sectors.
- Develop relationships with project developers, industries, EPC contractors, government organizations, PSUs, consultants and regulatory authorities.
- Prepare technical and commercial proposals, participate in bids and client presentations, and support business acquisition.
- Develop annual business plans, revenue targets and growth strategies for the EIA business.
Stakeholder Engagement
- Represent SgurrEnergy before regulatory authorities, clients and statutory agencies.
- Support clients during Environmental Clearance processes, regulatory meetings and technical presentations.
- Build relationships with laboratories, technical experts, academic institutions and environmental professionals to strengthen organizational capability.


Requirements

Technical Skills -

-Thorough knowledge of EIA Notification, 2006 (as amended).
-Excellent understanding of MoEF&CC Environmental Clearance procedures.
-Strong knowledge of QCI-NABET accreditation requirements.
-Experience in environmental baseline studies, EMP preparation and environmental compliance.
-Familiarity with CPCB/SPCB regulations and environmental legislation.
-Good understanding of renewable energy, conventional power, river valley and waste management projects.

Professional Skills -

-QCI-NABET Accredited EIA Coordinator.
-Proven experience in obtaining and maintaining QCI-NABET accreditation.
