Role definition:

Responsible for delivery of projects as per design in budgeted time & cost with desired quality.

Responsibility deliverable:

Ensuring timely finalization of drawings & design
Ensuring accuracy of budget of the project
Ensuring finalization different contractors before time
Monitoring of budgeted cost & time of the project
Monitoring the quality of the project through periodical site visits & audits
Handing over of the project to client with all required documentation
Ensuring seamless experience for client and customer during the life cycle of project

Tasks & Activities:

Taking Possession of new project site with all required information for starting of design & drawings
Finalization of different consultants & starting of design drawings co ordination
Follow up for the commencement of the work on site
Construction of sample flat & sales office on site as per requirements
Finalization of GFC drawings to start execution on site
Finalization of budget & completion schedule of the project
Finalization of different contractors as per the stages of execution on site
To control the overrun of the cost & time of the project with respect to the approved budget & completion schedule
Conducting review meetings with contractors & consultants
Providing the solutions to hurdles which are not in control of PM time to time
Ensuring timely bill certification & payments to the contractors
Co ordination with legal team, contractors & architect to keep all legal compliance up to date from start to end of the project.
Successful handing over of the project to customers/E
