Role Overview:

We arelooking for an experienced HR Manager with strong exposure to both HR andIndustrial Relations (IR) in a manufacturing environment. The role will beresponsible for managing HR operations for factory workers and office staff,driving employee engagement, ensuring statutory compliance, strengtheningworkplace culture, and supporting organizational growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead HR & IR functions for factory and corporate employees.
  • Manage manpower planning, recruitment, onboarding, and succession planning.
  • Build strong employees relations and maintain a positive work environment in both factory and office locations.
  • Implement and monitor Performance Management System (PMS).
  • Drive employee engagement, reward & recognition, and retention initiatives.
  • Develop and execute training and development programs for workers and staff.
  • Handle labor relations, disciplinary actions, grievance management, and statutory compliance.
  • Ensure smooth attendance, payroll inputs, and HRMIS processes.
  • Develop HR policies, systems, and processes aligned with business objectives.
  • Partner with department heads to improve productivity, employee performance, and workforce capability.
  • Conduct regular factory visits and employee interactions to address workforce concerns proactively.
  • Present HR reviews, workforce analytics, and action plans to management.
