Industrial Architecture

•  Plan and design greenfield and brownfield industrial projects, including factories,processing facilities, warehouses, and support buildings.
  
• Develop and optimize master plans and overall site layouts covering process areas, utilities,storage, circulation, services, and future expansion.
  
• Ensure effective site utilisation, with knowledge of setbacks, plinth/ground coverage, areaunder roof, FSI/FAR, and applicable development norms.
  
• Plan roads, drainage, utility corridors, parking, loading/unloading, and other externalinfrastructure.
  
• Design administration blocks, staff amenities, service buildings, and other supportfacilities.
  
• Coordinate with process, structural, civil, MEP, utility, and other engineering teams todevelop integrated and constructible layouts.
  
• Ensure compliance with applicable industrial regulations, building codes, fire & safetyrequirements, and statutory norms.
  
• Prepare and review architectural drawings, layouts, and models using AutoCAD andRevit/ArchiCAD or equivalent software.
  
• Apply BIM for design coordination and multidisciplinary project delivery
  

Requirements

• Degree in Architecture from a recognized institution.
  
• Relevant experience in industrial architecture/project planning, preferably in Food &Beverage, Pharmaceutical, Chemical, Manufacturing, or Process industries.
  
• Hands-on proficiency in AutoCAD and working knowledge of Revit/ArchiCAD and BIM.
  
• Strong understanding of industrial layouts, space planning, site development, andregulatory requirements.
  
• Good coordination and communication skills with the ability to work in a multidisciplinaryEPC/EPCM environment.
