Job Description:

We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented, and technology-comfortable individual to join our India-based Corporate Services team.The role will support the delivery of company incorporation, corporate governance, regulatory compliance, documentation, and client servicing solutions for UAE-based businesses.Prior experience in UAE Corporate Services is not mandatory, as complete on-the-job training will be provided. However, the candidate should be a quick learner, comfortable conducting independent research, and willing to use AI tools to improve the quality and efficiency of daily work.We are looking for someone who takes initiative, follows up independently, and identifies better ways to complete repetitive or time-consuming tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with UAE company incorporations, registrations, licence renewals, amendments, restructuring, deregistration, and other corporate changes.
  • Prepare corporate documents using approved templates, including Board Resolutions, Shareholder Resolutions, Minutes of Meetings, Powers of Attorney, Employment Contracts, and other statutory documents.
  • Use AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, or Microsoft Copilot for initial research, drafting, summarisation, document review, and data organisation.
  • Verify AI-generated information using official government, regulatory, and reliable legal sources before using or sharing it.
  • Conduct research on UAE corporate laws, licensing requirements, government procedures, compliance obligations, and regulatory updates.
  • Prepare and submit applications through relevant government and regulatory portals after receiving appropriate training.
  • Monitor applications, maintain status trackers, and proactively follow up on pending matters.
  • Communicate with clients to collect information and supporting documents.
  • Draft professional emails, application updates, document requests, and other client correspondence.
  • Maintain accurate client records, internal trackers, document repositories, and statutory deadline calendars.
  • Assist with compliance documentation, regulatory filings, declarations, and record maintenance.
  • Create and improve templates, checklists, standard operating procedures, trackers, and internal working documents.
  • Identify repetitive manual tasks and suggest simple ways to improve or automate them.
  • Support the implementation of basic automation using Excel, AI tools, Microsoft Office features, or other no-code platforms.
  • Coordinate with government authorities, free zones, regulatory bodies, auditors, banks, and other service providers as required.
  • Take ownership of assigned tasks and escalate delays, missing information, or potential issues in a timely manner.
  • Provide general administrative and operational support to the Corporate Services team.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, Commerce, Finance, Management, or a related discipline.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Good research, analytical, organisational, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PDF editing tools.
  • Comfortable using AI tools for research, drafting, summarisation, and task completion.
  • Ability to learn new portals, systems, regulations, and processes quickly.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Willingness to learn basic workflow automation and process-improvement techniques.
  • Responsible approach to handling confidential client and company information.

Experience:

  • 0–2 years of experience in corporate services, legal support, compliance, administration, operations, research, or client servicing.
  • Fresh graduates with strong communication, research, organisational, and technology skills are encouraged to apply.
  • Prior experience in UAE Corporate Services is an advantage but is not mandatory.
  • Familiarity with ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Microsoft Copilot, advanced Excel, Power Query, Zapier, Make, Power Automate, or similar tools will be an advantage.
  • Candidates are not required to be automation experts, but they should demonstrate a genuine interest in learning and applying technology at work.
