Role
Responsible for independently managing small to medium-sized civil/construction projects from initiation through completion, ensuring timely delivery, cost control, quality, and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and manage project scope, schedule, resources, budget, and execution.
- Develop and monitor project schedules using MS Project.
- Coordinate design, construction, consultants, contractors, vendors, and clients.
- Monitor project progress, costs, quality, and key milestones.
- Identify project risks, delays, and issues and implement corrective actions.
- Manage contractors, vendors, and contractual requirements.
- Lead project teams and ensure effective communication and coordination.
- Prepare project reports and maintain essential project documentation.
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and as per required quality standards.
Requirements
Qualification & Experience
- Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering with 7-10 years of relevant experience in construction/project management.
- Candidates with strong practical knowledge and relevant industry experience may also be considered.
- Good communication, coordination, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Experience
- Experience in large construction projects.
- Strong construction and design coordination experience.
- Experience in client management, vendor/contract management, and project execution.
- Knowledge of building construction, piling, and building finishes.
- Experience in Food & Beverage and/or Healthcare projects is preferred.
- Working knowledge of MS Project and project management techniques
