Job Details: Job Location: 1700 EDUCATION AVE - PUNTA GORDA, FL, Position Type: Full Time, Education Level: 2 Year Degree, Salary Range: $23.53 - $28.84Hourly, Travel Percentage: Road Warrior, Job Category: Nurse, Sign-On Bonus: $2000 Oversees medication administration.  Coordinates with psychiatric and medical providers.  Provide rehabilitation and support functions to assist in treatment, medication education, support, consultation to families, and crisis intervention. Individual and group interactions with individuals who have a serious and persistent mental health disorder. Community-based with services provided in the home or other community settings. Inpatient or residential experience is preferred.  Ability to pass a level II Background clearance and drug test.  Valid FL drivers’ license, insurance, and safe driving record.  Dependable transportation (registered, safe operating conditions, etc.). Ability to stand for periods of time.  Ability to safely operate a motor vehicle.  Ability to use moderate manual dexterity. Must maintain high standards of ethical and professional conduct, while adhering to agency policies and procedures.
