Quakertown, PA | Part Time, Hourly, Evenings & Weekends Availability | $18 per hour

We are looking for a Junior Gymnastics Team Coach to join our team at the Y! We spend our days positively impacting the community around us. We help children reach their potential, enact age appropriate goals, and we change lives in our Y community.

What is needed for this job:

• 16+ years of age
• 3+ years of experience in gymnastics setting
• Ability to design and implement progressive training plans
• Strong communication with athletes and families

The responsibilities we will trust you with:

• Shaping training trategies, supervising coaches, and preparing gymnasts for high-level competition
• Reporting to the Branch director 
• Strong communication with athletes and families
• Strong leadership and mentorship for assistant/junior coaches
• Confident spotting of advanced tumbling and apparatus skills
• Routine composition and performance optimization experience
• Assisting directors in developing new gymnastics-centered fitness programs
