Who we are looking for

聽

The Software Quality Assurance Lead is a lead role within an Agile Scrum/Kanban team and responsible for analyzing business and technical specifications to define & execute test cases and capture & track defects.聽 The role will also include assisting in SCRUM as needed.聽

聽

As a Software Quality Lead you will:

  • Analyze business and technical specifications

路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Assume a leadership SQA role in assigned Agile Scrum/Kanban rooms with responsibilities to review and provide feedback to SQA team members and research and resolve complex issues/impediments utilizing proven problem-solving skills

路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Assist the Kanban/Agile team with SCRUM functionality, including SDLC documentation and change management preparation.聽

路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Work closely and collaborate with other team members in a Kanban/Agile team environment

路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Report and track defects/bugs

路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Demonstrate thorough understanding of leading IT technologies and the software development lifecycle for application testing

路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Ensure proper procedures and controls are in place throughout the software testing process

路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Define and execute functional and regression test cases

路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Capture and save test backup documentation

These skills will help you succeed in this role:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, etc.)
  • Proficient in Jira is preferable
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong ability to review and understand complex concepts at a detailed level
  • Ability to multi-task and to take the initiative when needed
  • Ability to work independently as well as within a team setting
  • Ability to foster and maintain strong relationships with all partners in the Software Development Lifecycle such as business and development

聽Education & Preferred Qualifications

  • The ideal candidate will be a detail oriented individual and have a minimum of 5 years of SQA experience or demonstrate extensive analytical capabilities and experience in Custody operational processing with a strong interest in pursuing a career path in Software Quality Assurance.聽

  • Hybrid with minimum 4 days in office聽
  • 8:00 AM to 5 PM聽

Salary Range:

$100,000 - $167,500 Annual

The range quoted above applies to the role in the location specified. If the candidate would ultimately work outside of the location above, the applicable range could differ.
