Job DetailsJob Location: Washington D.C., DC 20376Position Type: Full TimeSalary Range: $78,000.00 - $92,500.00 SalaryTitle: Business Operations Analyst III (Mid)  Clearance Type: None  Scope: Provides administrative support to an individual, team, department or group in an organization.     Responsibilities (including but not limited to): Collect, review, and analyze operational, financial, and programmatic data to support NAVSEA reporting and decision-making needs. Prepare reports, charts, briefs, budgets, spreadsheets, and other presentation or analytical materials using standard office tools and NAVSEA approved software. Prepare, distribute, and track recurring reports, deliverables, and internal/external communications to ensure timely and accurate submission. Maintain organized file structures, databases, document repositories, and archives in accordance with NAVSEA standards and contract requirements. Screen phone calls, emails, and inquiries from internal and external stakeholders; independently respond to routine requests or escalate appropriately. Schedule, coordinate, and support meetings, reviews, conferences, travel arrangements, and other team or project activities. Manage or support routine business processes such as expense reporting, invoicing, supply tracking, procurement requests, and administrative workflow routing. Assist in monitoring program milestones, identifying operational inefficiencies, and recommending improvements to support mission effectiveness. Ensure compliance with NAVSEA processes, security requirements, and documentation standards. Qualifications At least 4-10 years of experience in a related field.  A minimum of four (4) years of additional relevant experience may satisfy degree requirements.
