Job DetailsJob Location: Washington D.C., DC 20376Position Type: Full TimeSalary Range: $99,000.00 - $119,000.00 SalaryTitle: Data Analyst III (Mid)   Clearance Type: None  Scope: Under limited supervision, handles the oversight of complex contracts for SEA 05.   Responsibilities (including but not limited to): Assist CORs with funding documents: prepare, validate, and track funding documentation; ensure completeness and alignment with program and contract requirements. Review funding packages, purchase requests, and purchase orders: conduct quality and compliance checks; reconcile data and resolve discrepancies; maintain audit-ready records. Oversee and manage contracts for assigned groups: monitor obligations, burn rates, period of performance, and deliverables; support modifications and incremental funding actions; maintain contract trackers and dashboards. Provide advice on contract disputes: compile facts, analyze data, and develop briefings or recommendations to support dispute resolution and decision-making. Perform advanced data analysis: build reports and visualizations that illuminate funding status, execution trends, risks, and opportunities for process improvement. Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders: liaise with finance, contracting, and program teams to keep actions on schedule and in compliance. Document and improve processes: author SOPs/work instructions and contribute to continuous improvement of acquisition and funding workflows. Qualifications At least 4-10 years of experience in a related field.  A minimum of four (4) years of additional relevant experience may satisfy degree requirements.
