Falls of Neuse Management is seeking a dynamic Accounts Payable Processor in Raleigh, NC. The Accounts Payable Processor is responsible for the accurate and timely input and processing of all assigned vendor/location invoices.

Responsibilities:

Match vendor invoices with approved purchase orders (3-way match) using Excel based templates and TIMS/Boomi (inventory/matching systems)
Analyze and resolve unmatched invoices
Comply with payment deadlines to ensure that all available discounts are taken
Review and resolve past due invoices or credit balances from vendor statements
Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries from both internal/external customers
Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

Requires high school diploma or GED
2+ years of Accounts Payable experience
Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including the ability to troubleshoot formulas and work with upload files and templates.
Experience with Great Plains software a definite plus
Experience reviewing and analyzing Concur expense reports
Ability to multi-task and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Strong analytical skills and ability to work with a high degree of accuracy
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities to resolve invoice processing issues
