About Us:
At Napa, we pride ourselves on offering a sophisticated dining experience with a focus on fine wines and excellent cuisine. 聽We have opened our third location in the Carolinas within Exchange Glenwood Place and we're looking for a team of dynamic and enthusiastic bartenders to help create memorable experiences for our guests.
What You'll Do:
路 Craft and serve a variety of beverages, including classic cocktails, custom creations, and an extensive selection of fine wines.
路 Provide exceptional hospitality to our guests, ensuring their experience is nothing short of extraordinary.
路 Educate guests on our wine offerings, making recommendations and sharing your passion for wine.
路 Maintain a clean and organized bar area, ensuring all equipment and supplies are in top condition.
路 Collaborate with our team to develop new drink recipes and improve our beverage menu.
What We're Looking For:
路 A passion for wine and a deep knowledge of different varieties and regions.
路 Experience as a bartender in a fine dining or upscale restaurant setting.
路 Excellent customer service skills and the ability to engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner.

Requirements
Bartender Job Requirements:
- Experience as a bartender
- Knowledge of preparing and mixing beverages
- A bartending certificate is a plus
- Basic computer and math skills
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Professional and positive disposition
- Ability to keep the bar clean, stocked and well-organized
- Flexibility and willingness to work in shifts
