Charlotte Mechanical is a well-respected contractor based in the Carolinas, known for quality workmanship and strong team culture. As we continue our rapid growth, we are seeking experienced Skilled HVAC Laborers to join our team in the Raleigh area.
Position Summary
We are looking for dependable, hardworking individuals with HVAC experience who are ready to contribute on active construction job sites and grow within the company.

- Willingness to learn and grow in the HVAC trade
- Ability to work 10–12 hour days as needed
- Ability to safely lift 50 lbs.
- Dependable with strong work ethic
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
- Prior construction experience preferred
- Multi-family construction experience is a plus
- 1–2 years of HVAC experience required
- Valid Driver’s License is a plus
- Must be comfortable working in a construction environment
- Reliable transportation to and from job sites
