Position Summary
Amplify Health is seeking a compassionate and mission-driven Family Medicine Physician to join our growing team supporting our locations.Â
As a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC), we are dedicated to delivering high-quality, accessible care to a diverse and underserved patient population. This is a unique opportunity to practice full-spectrum family medicine while making a lasting difference in the community.
What You'll Do
- Provide comprehensive primary care services to patients of all ages.
- Deliver preventive care, chronic disease management, and health maintenance.
- Exercise independent clinical judgment in diagnosing and treating patients.
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests, prescribe medications, and develop care plans.
- Educate and counsel patients and families on health conditions and wellness.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team to ensure coordinated patient care.
- Refer patients to specialists and other healthcare services as appropriate.
- Accurately document care in the electronic medical record (EMR).
- Ensure appropriate coding for billing and compliance.
- Supervise and support clinical staff as needed.
- Uphold the highest standards of medical ethics and patient-centered care.
What You Bring
- MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
- Board Eligible or Board Certified in Family Medicine (Required).
- Completed accredited residency training (Required).
- Active (or eligible) North Carolina medical license.
- Active DEA and NPI (Required).
- Current BLS certification.
- Experience with Epic Systems (preferred).
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred.
