Head of Sales

Viridian Staffing's Client is looking for a SalesAccount Executive / Retail Sales Director to help drive sales for a fast-movingHemp / Cannabis company.  Ideally, thisindividual will be based or willing to relocate to the Raleigh/Durham, NorthCarolina area, however remote may be considered for candidates with performingexisting books of business calling on smoke shops.

You will use yourexisting retail channel sales experience to grow the number of convenience,gas, or smoke shop store retailers carrying the product in the US, whilegrowing sales volume at existing stores. You must have experience selling into smoke shops regionally and ideally nationally as well. 

Your background inselling, ideally, hemp based products into these channels will help to set youup for further success, however successfully selling into at least one of thesechannels any type of product is required. You're known for your exceptional negotiationskills and ability to close sales using your proven communication skills, alongwith your ability to build lasting relationships with customers. You'll havethe opportunity to utilize your expert level knowledge of the company's brandto elevate the brand's community profile. If you have proven success in drivinggrowth in CBD / Hemp companies, have an existing book of business /experienceselling hemp products into a variety of channels, are great at establishingcredibility & rapport with clients, and building professionalrelationships, then this could be the right role for you.  This position will also require travel andyou should have regular access to a reliable vehicle / be close to a major airport.  There also will be travel to Raleigh, NorthCarolina, if not based there.

Compensation:  $80K+ + Commission
