Wake Orthopedics a multi-specialty orthopaedic group with multiple locations in Wake County, NC is seeking two Occupational Therapist to fill our full-time Hand Therapist position, splitting time between our North Raleigh and Oberlin office locations. Primary Duties and Responsibilities

Demonstrate advanced clinical expertise in patient evaluation, treatment, and documentation of hand therapy services.
Demonstrate essential skill competencies in the use of treat modalities, equipment, and protocols
Adhere to company policy regarding timeliness and content of written evaluations, progress notes and discharge summaries
Effectively communicate with patients, family, medical staff, and managers
Be motivated and capable of working independently and/or with other therapists
Continually learn and perform best practices in caring for and treating patients

Qualifications:

Degree in Occupational Therapy
CHT Credentials preferred, must be eligible to sit for CHT credentialing exam within 6-12 months of hire
NC State license
