About the Role The Sous Chef helps lead daily kitchen operations by preparing exceptional cuisine, supporting the culinary team, and ensuring quality, consistency, and memorable dining experiences for our members and guests. Physical Requirements This is an active leadership role that requires standing, walking, lifting, bending, reaching, and moving throughout the kitchen during the course of a shift. Candidates should be able to lift up to 50 pounds, safely operate commercial kitchen equipment, and work comfortably in a fast-paced, high-temperature environment.
