Supervisor, Nursing - Cardiac OR
Lead the daily operations of our Cardiac OR while supporting a high-performing team dedicated to exceptional patient care. This leadership role is responsible for overseeing staff, coordinating workflow, and ensuring efficient surgical operations in a fast-paced cardiac surgery environment.

What you'll do
- Lead daily Cardiac OR operations and staff.
- Support safe, high-quality patient care.
- Manage workflow, staffing, and resource allocation.
- Coach and develop team members.
- Solve operational and clinical challenges effectively.
Who you are
- Registered Nurse with Cardiac OR experience required.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Previous surgical services leadership experience preferred.
- National Nursing Certification required within 1 year of hire.
