- Manages the coordination of activities of a section or department with responsibility for meeting financial commitments, including costs, methods, and staffing.
- Frequently interacts with subordinate supervisors, customers, and/or functional peer group managers to address sales process issues and/or resolve customer needs.
- Recommends changes to policies and establishes procedures that increase productivity.
- Provides guidance to subordinates within the latitude of established company policies.
- Manages the performance of direct reports by developing accountabilities, establishing performance objectives, providing career counseling, feedback and guidance and ensuring that all policies are understood and adhered to.
- Read and follow the Underwriters Laboratories Code of Conduct and follow all physical and digital security practices.
- Performs other duties as directed.
