Join us as a Building Systems Studentfor our Atlantic Canada district, within our Canadian Buildings sector for 4 months starting January 2027. Depending on your assigned project as a Building Systems Student, you will have the opportunity to contribute to our team by:

Responsibilities

Updating and submitting mechanical and electrical shop drawings.
Reviewing and verifying site installations.
Assisting with quality control.
Updating and inputting the commissioning schedule.
Witnessing and coordinating commissioning activities.
Assisting with Request for Information (RFI) tracking and processing.
Performing on-site coordination with trades and reviewing progress on site.
Tracking deficiencies.
Assisting other project managers on the project related to other disciplines/trades.
Other duties as required.

Qualifications

Working towards a degree or diploma in a mechanical or electrical engineering related field.
A passion for working in a construction environment.
Ability to review shop and construction drawings.
Self-motivation with a hands-on approach.
Ability to communicate effectively, both written and verbally, with a variety of different partners.
Prior field construction experience is considered an asset.
