Job Details: Job Location: Agua Caliente Rancho Mirage - Rancho Mirage, CA, Position Type: Full Time, Salary Range: Undisclosed, Job Category: Accounting - Finance - Compliance, JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARYResponsible for the supervision and training of Dept. employees and for day to day operations of the Revenue Auditors.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (other duties may be assigned)Must adhere to all aspects of the Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Program and its regulationsincluding, but not limited to, Title 31 Cash Transactions, Suspicious Activity Reporting andCustomer Identification requirements.  Prepares schedules for Revenue Auditor employees.  Acts as a Revenue Auditor, in their absence.  Responsible for the coordination of the Daily Revenue Auditing Operation.  Prepares and reviews performance evaluation for the Revenue Auditors SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES Directly supervises the Revenue Auditors.GAMING EXPERIENCE PREFERRED Qualifications: QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTSTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required.Reasonable accommodation may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCEHigh school diploma or G.E.D.2 to 5 years related experience and/or bank training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.Must be able to communicate in English.WORKING CONDITIONS/PHYSICAL DEMANDSTo perform this job successfully, the individual must be able to stand, move and work throughout the Hotel area and properties, including walking up to 1  mile, climbing stairs and sit or stand at a desk/work station for long periods of time throughout the shift Also may be subjected to a smoke filled environment.Typically the individual will be housed in an office environment. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate, but will escalate when located in the casino environment. Must be able to grasp, lift and/or otherwise move goods weighing a minimum of 25 lbs. on an intermittent basis, and sufficient dexterity of hand in order to use office equipment including, but not limited to: a computer keyboard, calculator, general office equipment and multi-line telephone.
