Position Description

We areĀ seekingĀ a highly skilledĀ AIĀ EngineerĀ with deepĀ expertiseĀ inĀ Large Language Models (LLMs),Ā AI agent frameworks, andĀ Model Context Protocols (MCP).Ā The ideal candidate will design, develop, and deploy advanced AI-poweredĀ applications that leverage LLMs for reasoning, planning, and autonomous decision-making. In this role, you will build agentic systems capable of performing multi-step tasks, interacting with external systems, integrating with APIs and tools, and orchestrating complex workflows end-to-end. You will also implement andĀ optimizeĀ MCP-based architectures to ensure reliable tool usage, persistent context management, and robust coordination between agents and backend services.Ā Ā

Key Responsibilities:Ā 

  • LLM Application Development:Ā Design, fine-tune, and deploy LLM-based applications for reasoning, planning, retrieval, and automation.Ā 
  • Agent Systems:Ā Build autonomous AI agents that interact with APIs, databases, and tools using frameworks likeĀ LangChain,Ā LangGraph,Ā AutoGen, or custom solutions.Ā 
  • Context & Memory Management:Ā Implement Model Context Protocols (MCP) for persistent context, robust coordination between agents, and seamless tool usage.Ā 
  • Data & RAG Pipelines:Ā Develop RAG pipelines, vector databases, and prompt-engineering strategies to enable context-aware responses.Ā 
  • Backend & Infrastructure:Ā Build scalable backend systems and deploy solutions on cloud or on-prem environments (Azure, AWS), with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).Ā 
  • Research & Innovation:Ā StayĀ up-to-dateĀ with emerging LLM and agentic technologies and evaluate them for practical applications.Ā 
  • Collaboration & Governance:Ā Work closely with data science, product, and engineering teams while ensuring responsible AI practices, model safety, and complianceĀ with data privacy regulations.Ā 
  • Ā 

Position Requirements

This position requires the following skills and attributes:Ā 

Ā 

  • Bachelor’s orĀ Master’s in Computer Science, AI/ML, or related field (Ph.D. preferred).Ā 
  • 2+ years building and deploying AI applications with LLMs (OpenAI, Anthropic,Ā HuggingFace).Ā 
  • Strong Python skills, with experience in Git,Ā FastAPI/Flask, and ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow).Ā 
  • Hands-on experience with agent frameworks (AutoGen,Ā LangGraph,Ā CrewAI) and orchestration strategies.Ā 
  • ProficiencyĀ in vector databases (Pinecone,Ā Milvus,Ā ChromaDB, FAISS) and embedding techniques.Ā 
  • Solid understanding of prompt engineering, RAG, and LLM optimization.Ā 
  • Familiarity with cloud/on-prem deployment and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).Ā 
  • Experience implementing Model Context Protocols for context management and interoperability.Ā 
  • Experience with multi-agent systems, planning algorithms, or reinforcement learning with LLMs.Ā 
  • Knowledge of production-grade AI monitoring, logging, and observability.Ā 
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in fast-paced, collaborative environments.
