About the Role:

This is a peak employee who will be working 8-10 months out of the year during our peak seasons. The Line Cook I-III position is essential to the successful operation of our kitchen, responsible for preparing high-quality dishes in a fast-paced environment. This role involves working collaboratively with the culinary team to ensure timely and consistent food production while maintaining strict adherence to safety and sanitation standards. As a Line Cook, you will contribute to menu execution by following recipes and presentation guidelines, ensuring each plate meets our quality standards. Minimum Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.

  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
