Liberty Powersports & Marine is looking for an outgoing, motivated, and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our growing team!

This isn't just about selling machines—it's about building relationships and helping customers find the perfect boat, ATV, or side-by-side for their next adventure!

What You'll Do

• Build relationships with customers and help them find the right boat or powersports vehicle
• Demonstrate products, explain features, and coordinate test drives
• Follow up with leads, prospective buyers, and existing customers
• Develop your own customer base through networking and referrals
• Maintain product knowledge through ongoing training
• Work closely with the sales and finance teams to provide an outstanding customer experience
• Set and achieve individual sales goals

What We're Looking For

• Outgoing personality, positive attitude, and competitive drive
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Self-motivated, dependable, and goal-oriented
• Passion for boats, powersports, or the outdoors
• Willingness to learn and grow with the company
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Ability to pass a background check

Sales experience is a plus, but attitude, motivation, and work ethic matter most. We'll train the right person!

Position: Full-time | Weekends as needed
