Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and creative Female Pastry Chef to join a home-based business client based  in Al Dhait, Ras Al Khaimah,UAE.

The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of hands-on pastry and baking experience, with the ability to prepare high-quality desserts and baked products while maintaining excellent standards of taste, presentation, hygiene, and consistency.

The position is suitable for a reliable and organised chef who is comfortable working in a home-business environment and can join as soon as possible.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare a variety of pastries, desserts, cakes, and baked products.
  
• Follow recipes and maintain consistent taste, quality, and presentation.
  
• Handle baking, decorating, finishing, and portioning of products.
  
• Prepare ingredients and organise daily pastry production.
  
• Ensure proper storage and handling of ingredients and finished products.
  
• Maintain excellent food hygiene and kitchen cleanliness.
  
• Monitor ingredient usage and minimise unnecessary wastage.
  
• Ensure orders are prepared accurately and on time.
  
• Maintain equipment and the pastry preparation area in clean condition.
  
• Support the development and preparation of new pastry and dessert items when required.
