Crew Member

Description

The Crew Member supports daily operations at a satellite restaurant location by preparing food orders, delivering excellent customer service, and maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient work environment. This role is essential to ensuring fast, accurate service and a positive guest experience while complying with Massachusetts wage, hour, and food safety standards.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Customer Service

• Greet guests promptly and provide friendly, professional service.

• Accurately take and enter customer orders into the POS system.

• Respond to guest questions, concerns, and requests in a courteous manner.

Food Preparation & Order Execution

• Assist with food preparation (including salad prep and grille/fry station), assembly, and packaging according to company standards.

• Work as part of an assembly-line team to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.

• Follow all allergen awareness and food safety procedures.

Workplace Cleanliness & Safety

• Maintain a clean and organized work area throughout the shift.

• Sanitize surfaces and equipment before, during, and after service.

• Comply with all health, safety, and sanitation regulations.

Teamwork & Flexibility

• Communicate clearly with team members and supervisors.

• Assist with additional tasks as assigned based on operational needs.

Requirements

• Prior restaurant or customer service experience preferred but not required.

• Allergen Awareness Certification required (or ability to obtain), cost is $25

• Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong teamwork, communication, and time-management skills.
