Physical Therapist

A leading home health organization in Redding, California is seeking a Physical Therapist to join its growing team! 

Pay: $65.00 - $75.00/hour

Physical Therapist Opportunity: 

• Full-time, permanent, direct-hire position

Physical Therapist Responsibilities: 

• Evaluate and assess patients' physical conditions and develop individualized treatment plans 
  
• Implement therapeutic exercises and techniques to improve mobility, strength, and coordination 
  
• Educate patients and caregivers on exercises, safety precautions, and self-care strategies 
  
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary healthcare team to provide patient-centered care 
  
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress and treatment plans 
  

Physical Therapist Qualifications: 

• Active California Physical Therapist license required 
  
• Master's or Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy required 
  
• Minimum of one year of Physical Therapy experience required 
  
• Home health experience strongly preferred 
  
• Current BLS/CPR certification required 
  
• Valid driver's license and reliable, insured vehicle required 
  
• Open to H-1B sponsorship
