Speech-Language Pathologist

A leading home health organization in Redding, California is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to join its growing team! 

Pay: $42.00 - $63.00/hour

Speech-Language Pathologist Responsibilities: 

• Conduct speech-language evaluations and assess patients in the home setting 
  
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for speech, language, and swallowing disorders 
  
• Provide therapeutic interventions using specialized techniques and equipment 
  
• Coordinate care with physicians and interdisciplinary team members 
  
• Educate patients, caregivers, and family members on therapy goals and treatment plans 
  
• Maintain accurate documentation of evaluations, treatment plans, and patient progress 
  

Speech-Language Pathologist Qualifications: 

• Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology required 
  
• CCC-SLP certification through ASHA required 
  
• Active California Speech-Language Pathologist license required 
  
• Minimum of one year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required 
  
• Home health experience preferred 
  
• Current BLS/CPR certification required 
  
• Open to H-1B sponsorship
