JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Board: BC or BE in Oncology or Hematology
- Licenses: Active CA License
- DEA: Required
- Certifications: ACLS (if requesting moderate sedation), PALS for pediatric patients
- Other Qualifications: Fellowship required; must list dates of availability
- Provide outpatient chemotherapy and infusion services as the solo provider.
- Perform hospital consults and manage inpatient hematology/oncology patients with remote call coverage.
- Coordinate with ER physicians and hospitalists for admissions and patient care.
- Oversee clinical and infusion center staff, including a midlevel provider and nursing team.
- Manage all aspects of diagnosis, staging, precision medicine, symptom management, and treatment across all tumor types.
