Light Fixture Assembler Wanted - Warehouse - North Miami

We’re looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Light Fixture Assembler to join our North Miami warehouse team. You’ll assemble electrical cables and wiring harnesses for our lighting fixtures, perform final assembly and quality checks, then pack and prepare orders for shipment. This is hands-on, practical work for someone who likes building things and takes pride in quality.

•         Assemble electrical cables and wiring harnesses by cutting, stripping, connecting, and terminating wires

•         Read and follow wiring diagrams, blueprints, and assembly instructions

•         Perform soldering, crimping, wire routing, and labeling

•         Install connectors, heat shrink tubing, and other components

•         Inspect finished assemblies and glass components for quality and defects

•         Pack, label, and prepare orders for shipment

•         Palletize boxes and assist with light warehouse duties (most boxes under 25 lbs)

•         Keep your workstation clean, organized, and safe

•         Occasionally help unload merchandise or organize warehouse inventory
.          Occasionally help install chandeliers in our showroom

•         Comfortable using our hand tools, power tools (including a drill), and basic measuring tools

•         Experience or willingness to learn soldering, crimping, and wire splicing

•         Good hand-eye coordination, manual dexterity, and attention to detail

•         Basic math skills for accurate measurements

•         Handyman experience or mechanical aptitude is a plus

•         Reliable, hardworking, and able to work independently

•         Able to sit & stand for most of the day and lift boxes typically under 25 lbs

•         High school diploma or equivalent (technical school a plus but not required)

•         Starting pay: $16.50 per hour ($660 per week gross for a 40-hour week)

•         Full-time position with BI-weekly direct deposit through ADP

•         Schedule: Monday–Thursday 8:30 AM–5:30 PM, Friday 8:30 AM–4:30 PM (weekends off)

•         Paid National & Jewish Holidays (after 90 days)
