JOB OVERVIEW

The Production Planner is responsible for the daily planning, follow-up and optimization of the demand required to support the production deliverables. Main responsibilities will include:

Coordination and optimization of production workflow for one or multiple production areas
Analyze production factors such as capacity, cycletimeand urgencies to ensure production plan achievement
Determiningmanpowerand equipment to cover production demand
Developing standardized, custom reports as well as Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Support the team in capacity modelling and production analysis.
Supportadditionalad hoc projects, initiatives, and business needs as they arise.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree with 3-year experience or equivalent
Organized, results-driven with great problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and computer skills arevery usefulfor the role
Working knowledge of Microsoft (MS) Office and ERP systems
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Ability to forge ties and build relations between colleagues
Rigor and attention to detail
Advancedproficiencywith MS Office Suite
Must be bilingual (French and English) (written,readand spoken).

Job Demands:

Work is performed in a Shop environment and requires the ability to perform extensive standing, driving, walking, and climbing; to lift up to 50lbs. regularly; to manipulate up to 100lbs. with assistance. Must be able to bend, stoop, climb to reach materials, and work in a noisy environment.
