We offer: Competitive Pay Plan Excellent Business Hours Great work atmosphere Vacation pay Full benefits package Great support staff Career advancement opportunities Responsibilities – Service Advisor: Advise customers about necessary services and routine maintenance Obtain vehicle information, give customer accurate written cost of maintenance/repairs Open and close repair tickets Schedule maintenance appointments Communicate with customer to let them know when work is complete Review repair orders to ensure accuracy Communicate with Service Technicians Qualifications/Requirements – Service Advisor: Experience preferred Positive attitude and works well in a team environment Sales and/or Customer service Experience Knowledge of Powersports mechanical operation Good multitasking and organizational skills Valid Driver’s License – Motorcycle endorsement is a plus!
