- Scrape and rinse food from dirty dishes (pots, pans, and trays), and place them in racks or on conveyor to dishwashing machine as directed; ensuring complete cleanliness and sanitation Â
- Assist with all food preparation duties as needed Â
- Polishing silver of kitchen machinery and ensuring ongoing cleanliness and sanitation Â
- Must ensure compliance with outlined safety procedures Â
- Must maintain temperatures and chemical levels as outlined by provided standards Â
- Must keep dish area orderly and in compliance with safety standards Â
- Sweep and mops kitchen floors to ensure compliance with safety and sanitationÂ
Â
- High School Diploma or GEDÂ
- Previous service industry experience in a high-volume environment is a plus Â
- Weekend availability required Â
