This role is central to ensuring efficient, high-performing clinical operations as a Health Center Manager, overseeing daily workflows and supporting care teams to deliver coordinated, patient-centered services. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS •   Responsible for the day-to-day staff scheduling, operations, and supervision of the assigned clinic and all its employees. Ensure staff is working productively and professionally. •   Responsible for ensuring the accuracy of time sheets and approving prior to payroll deadlines. •   Responsible for ensuring patient needs are met. Monitors patient feedback and leads the process of resolving complaints and service. •   Monitor patient through-put, wait times and satisfaction; implement/evaluate improvement projects as necessary. •   Responsible for the coordination of all clinical services including but not limited to patient access, scheduling, EMR management and supply management. •   Responsible for ensuring compliance with HIPAA. •   Serve as on-site resource to support patients, staff and providers and train new team members. •   Ensure that office facilities and equipment are well maintained. •   Communicate effectively and immediately to management regarding site and staff issues, including escalating staff patient or facility issues. •   Collaborate with clinical leaders on staff reviews, feedback and disciplinary action. •   Assist with other duties as assigned. REQUIRED SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE •   Strong communication skills, including active listening and empathy. •   Proficient in basic technology (Microsoft products, etc). •   Ability or willingness to learn basic Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems. •   Ability to multi-task and work independently with excellent organizational skills. •   Must possess a strong sense of professionalism •   Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. •   Strong supervisory and leadership skills. •   Ability to read, write, and communicate the English language. •   Ability to effectively communicate both orally and in writing •   Ability to follow written or verbal step-by-step instructions •  Ability to concentrate, think, and learn •  Ability to hear, see, sit, stoop, kneel, crouch, reach, lift, push, and pull.  QualificationsQUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE •   Highschool degree or equivalent required, Associates degree in related field preferred •   Two years of medical office experience •   Working knowledge of outpatient clinic workflow and scheduling •   Willing to travel between multiple sites •   BLS Certified •   Active LPN or RN License preferred •   At least two years of supervisory experience in a medical office, outpatient setting preferred. Â
