Warehouse Associate - Pay $18.50 + $1 incentive for every total hour worked.

As a Warehouse Associate, your duties will include receiving, picking, packing, and shipping merchandise. To be successful in this role, you should be a motivated team player with a positive attitude, and good communication skills, and demonstrate respect for others. You will be required to work in a fast-paced environment, and attention to detail is essential. Duties and Responsibilities: • Receive, pick, pack, and ship merchandise. • Adhere to all safety and compliance standards. • Work respectfully in a team environment and independently when necessary. • Follow work instructions to meet productivity and quality standards. • Operate department-specific technology such as RF scanners or desktop computers and touchscreens. • Maintain a clean and organized work area. • Perform all other duties as assigned by operational leadership.

Physical Requirements: Stand and walk throughout a shift • Climb, balance, kneel, crouch, or crawl for extended periods • Reach, pull, push, and lift freight and other objects of various shapes, sizes, and weights up to 50 pounds • Operate warehouse equipment safely as required for the position (i.e. pallet jack, box cutter, carts) which requires coordinated movements.
