What Drives Success
As a Senior Auditor, you will perform moderately complex financial and operational audits of corporate functions, business segments, factory locations, and distribution operations. This role may serve as a project lead over a team of auditors or perform projects independently. This role will include:Â
- Building effective business relationshipsÂ
- Performing risk assessments and evaluating control structuresÂ
- Perform audit procedures, including auditee interviews, process documentation, identification of risks and controls, and test plan development Â
- Prepare and maintain audit programs and testing workpapers in accordance with Lennox audit requirementsÂ
- Identify, develop, and document audit issues and recommendations using independent judgment concerning areas of reviewÂ
- Communicate the results of audit engagements via written reports and oral presentations to management Â
- Prepare reports that present the results of audits and recommended corrective actions clearly and concisely Â
- Research issues and make recommendations to improve policies or procedures accordingly Â
- Work with outside auditors and co-source resources to help execute the audit plan or support the external auditing function Â
- Pursuing professional development opportunities, including external and internal training and professional association memberships Â
- Maintain independence and objectivity. Â
This role may also include:Â
- Reviewing sustainability-related compliance reportingÂ
- Leveraging data analytics and toolsÂ
- Working with outside auditors and co-source resourcesÂ
- Working on multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlinesÂ
- Executing special assignments and other duties as assignedÂ
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally, as required, up to 20% annuallyÂ
What We Are Looking For
- Requires a bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, IT, business, or related discipline with 4+ years related experience; master's degree preferredÂ
- CPA, CIA, or CISA certification required (or progression with at least one part passed)
- Public accounting and/or internal auditing experience required; Big 4 or large SEC experience strongly preferred 
- Sarbanes-Oxley experience preferredÂ
- Internal Audit experience in a manufacturing or distribution environment a plusÂ
- Highly motivated self-starter who works well individually and in teamsÂ
- Strong critical reasoning skills, independent judgment, and objectivityÂ
- Strong knowledge of GAAP, internal control concepts, and IIA standardsÂ
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills Â
- Spanish language skills an asset (speaking / writing)Â
- Ability to travel up to 20% (Domestic/International) weekends may be required
What We Offer
Compensation: This is a salaried exempt role. The starting salary range for this role and market is between $82,000 - $107,100 annually. Factors that may affect starting salary include geography/market and the skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate. Employees in this role are also eligible for an annual bonus in accordance with the terms of the Company’s applicable plan. Employees in this role are not eligible for overtime.
