At VCA Richland Animal Hospital, we help pets live long, healthy and happy lives. We are expanding our Patient Care team and seeking a full-time Veterinary Technician!

Schedule: Full-time opportunity, 4 x 10-hour shifts, Monday - Thursday.

The Role

As a Veterinary Technician, you’ll play a key role in supporting patient care and client experience. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys building client relationships and wants to grow within a supportive team.

What You’ll Do

  • Assist in surgical procedures, including anesthesia monitoring and post-op recovery
  • Perform dental cleanings, charting, and radiographs
  • Administer medications and vaccines as directed by the DVM
  • Collect samples and perform in-house laboratory diagnostics
  • Prepare patients and exam rooms for appointments
  • Educate clients on treatment plans, medications, and home care
  • Maintain accurate patient medical records
