You will ensure that machines are set up correctly, run smoothly, and meet production targets while adhering to safety standards and quality guidelines. Key Responsibilities: - Operate and monitor machinery to ensure optimal performance and quality output. - Set up machines according to specifications and adjust settings as necessary to maintain product quality. - Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshooting on machinery to prevent downtime and ensure smooth operations. - Inspect products for defects and ensure they meet quality standards, making adjustments to machinery as needed. - Collaborate with team members and supervisors to optimize production processes and achieve daily targets. - Follow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and colleagues. - Maintain accurate records of machine operations, maintenance activities, and production output. - Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge of machinery and production processes.QualificationsRequired Education: - High school diploma or equivalent. Required Experience: - Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment. - Experience operating machinery, preferably in a similar industry. - Familiarity with safety protocols and procedures in a manufacturing setting. Required Skills and Abilities: - Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics. - Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills. - Proficiency in using hand tools and measuring instruments. - Excellent attention to detail and ability to perform repetitive tasks efficiently. - Good communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members. - Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. - Physical stamina and ability to stand for extended periods and lift heavy objects as required.
