Description

The Human Resources Coordinator supports the full employee lifecycle at Hyper Solutions, ensuring smooth, compliant, and efficient HR operations. This role assists with recruiting coordination, onboarding, payroll and benefits administration, employee documentation, and performance review processes.

Working closely with Talent Acquisition, Finance, and leadership teams, the HR Coordinator helps maintain a positive employee experience while supporting the operational and compliance needs of a rapidly growing organization.


Core Responsibilities

  • Support Talent Acquisition efforts by scheduling interviews, maintaining job postings, and updating applicant tracking systems (ATS).
  • Coordinate and manage background checks and new-hire onboarding processes.
  • Organize and execute onboarding logistics to ensure a seamless employee start experience.
  • Maintain employee records and ensure accurate electronic filing and documentation compliance.
  • Assist with payroll coordination and benefits administration processes.
  • Support performance review cycles and related documentation.
  • Provide administrative and operational support across HR initiatives and programs.

Additional Responsibilities

  • Assist with employee relations matters and HR inquiries as needed.
  • Support HR reporting and documentation tracking.
  • Maintain confidentiality and compliance with company policies and applicable regulations.
  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives within HR operations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • 2–5+ years of experience in HR operations, payroll, benefits administration, or recruitment coordination.
  • Working knowledge of human resource principles, employment practices, and compliance requirements.
  • Experience supporting payroll and benefits administration processes.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS/ERP systems (NetSuite or similar preferred).

Preferred Qualifications

  • SHRM-CP or similar HR certification.
  • Experience working within manufacturing, industrial, or growth-oriented environments.

Compensation

The anticipated minimum starting salary for this position is $70,000 per year. Actual salary varies due to factors that may include but not limited to relevant experience, skills, certifications, and location. This hire will be eligible for discretionary bonus or incentive compensation. Variable compensation may depend on various factors, such as individual and organizational performance.
