Essential Duties & Responsibilities:Â
- Serve as a professional and positive representative of Learfield on campus, maintaining strong working relationships with university partners and ensuring all interactions reflect well on both the property and the schoolÂ
- Support execution of sponsorship elements to ensure fulfillment and client satisfactionÂ
- Assist with gameday and event operations, including setup of in-venue signage, hospitality areas/suites, and promotional displaysÂ
- Support fulfillment of on- and off-field/court sponsorship activations (displays, promotional handouts, contests, etc.)Â
- Prepare proposals and presentations using PowerPointÂ
- Utilize proprietary systems to support reporting, data entry, and basic analysisÂ
- Communicate with athletics staff, promotions personnel, and Sports Properties team members; assist with select client/partner interactionsÂ
- Provide general office and administrative supportÂ
- Assist with gameday program salesÂ
- Support additional projects and responsibilities as neededÂ

Minimum Qualifications:Â
- Experience in customer service, sales, marketing, or a related field preferredÂ
- Strong written and verbal communication skillsÂ
- Highly organized with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasksÂ
- Demonstrated initiative and ability to work both independently and as part of a teamÂ
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to qualityÂ
- Ability to build and maintain positive working relationshipsÂ
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiarity with social media platformsÂ
- Reliable, punctual, and able to consistently meet the demands of a gameday/event-driven scheduleÂ
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to support athletic eventsÂ
