Responsibilities

Under the general direction of the Building Services Supervisor, the Floor Technician is responsible for the general appearance of the floors, stairs and other related duties in accordance with established standards.

Qualifications

MINIMUM EDUCATION:

 

High school diploma or GED preferred; relevant experience in lieu of High School Diploma/GED education will be considered.

 

MINIMUM WORK EXPERIENCE:

 

Two (2) years of housekeeping and floor care experience in the medical or professional office setting is preferred.

 

REQUIRED SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, AND ABILITIES:

 

Read, write and speak English. Must have computer skills and be able to work with numbers.
