This role ensures strict confidentiality, precise documentation, and adherence to regulatory and organizational standards. The Coordinator supports a trustworthy, compliant People & Culture function and serves as a key partner in maintaining workforce readiness. Key Responsibilities Workforce Compliance — Track, verify, and maintain compliance requirements, including licenses, certifications, and credentialing documentation. Personnel Records Governance — Maintain accurate, confidential personnel files and ensure proper documentation discipline. HRIS Data Accuracy — Manage HRIS updates, data integrity, and reporting with strict access controls. Benefits Administration — Process benefit enrollments, changes, and deductions with dual‑verification. Sensitive Documentation Verification — Validate employment documents, medical notes, and compliance forms according to policy. Audit & Reporting Support — Prepare compliance documentation for audits, accreditation reviews, and regulatory reporting.
